In India, a group singing game called Antakshari is extremely popular. Participants either sit in a circle or form groups and begin the round with one Bollywood song. The next participant or team picks a word or the last syllable of this song and sings another song. The participant or team that cannot come up with a song loses points. The game is more a test of your knowledge of Bollywood songs than your singing ability making it inclusive for all ages and super fun!

In this episode of Vidhi’s Bollywood Jukebox, I compiled a list of songs in the Antakshari format, picking one word from the preceding song and carrying forward the list in that fashion. Songs featured are “Tumse O Haseena”, “O Haseena Zulfowali”, “Zindagi Do Pal Ki”, “Meri Zindagi Mein Aaye Ho”, and so on.
